Increase the average customer yield through data and digital marketing. Management of Rouleur’s audience data to increase subscriber acquisition and retention, increase revenue from Rouleur e-commerce and show tickets. Provide data-led insights to increase audience engagement and loyalty.

 

Aims/responsibilities:

  • Improve segmentation and efficiency of marketing output
  • Management of customer data
  • Fix CS issues at source to improve customer experience
  • Continual analysis of key analytics to feedback into the marketing plan and report to wider team
  • Capture and segment first-party and zero-party data
  • Work with Rouleur’s partners to deliver successful promotions and campaigns
  • Assist the editorial team to help deliver newsletter and messages to the right audiences increasing opening and conversion rates
  • Use highly targeted digital advertising budget to maximise impact of content
  • Improve site conversion through more synergy between content and retail/subscriptions
  • Provide audience insight that adds value to Rouleur and its clients
  • Identify and establish new customer segments and offerings 

Skills/Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in business/marketing or a related field and proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with a membership proposition
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B tests
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and paid social campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and data measurement
