Growth Marketing
We’re looking for a creative, analytically-minded Growth Marketer to help us grow Rouleur’s audience and revenue across all channels — from digital content and newsletters to e-commerce, subscriptions, and events. You’ll work closely with editorial, commercial, and design teams to bring campaigns to life and help build an even deeper relationship with our audience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial marketeer who is confident with digital tools, curious about audience behaviour, and keen to contribute ideas and creative execution in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing

Lead campaign planning and execution across all marketing channels — including email, paid media, content, and organic social

Help manage and segment our customer data to ensure campaigns are relevant, timely and well-targeted

Collaborate with our editorial team to craft newsletters, ads and content that engage, inform and convert

Monitor and report on key metrics — from campaign performance to customer conversion, helping the team learn and optimise

Lead paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms — from writing ad copy to tracking performance

Work with partners and sponsors to help activate campaigns and offers to Rouleur’s audience

Bring ideas to the table — for content, creative, campaigns or new ways to engage the Rouleur audience
What we’re looking for

Hands-on experience in digital marketing — this could be from a previous job, an internship, or freelance projects

A creative eye and strong instincts for visual and written communication — you know what makes a good headline or scroll-stopping post

Confidence using marketing and analytics tools — such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, or Shopify

Comfortable working with data — segmenting email lists, reading dashboards, or running A/B tests

A willingness to learn fast and try new things — you don’t need to know everything, but you’re happy to figure it out

A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working with different teams and pitching in where needed

Interest in cycling and/or sport culture is a plus — but not essential
