Our issue 101 cover star Shanaze Reade looks back on her rise to the top of the BMX world and her battle with the bottle following retirement.
Shanaze Reade is a former BMX and track world champion, and a multiple Olympian from British Cycling's golden generation.
Several crashes robbed her of her best chance of an Olympic medal in 2008. Following her successful cycling career, her retirement brought about problems with alcohol, which she has since admirably turned around.
She opens up to Rouleur's Ian Cleverly in our exclusive interview.
Her full interview appeared in print in Rouleur's women's issue, on sale here.
