I have only really flicked through it, but an enjoyable book that any member of the family can pick up and enjoy. Bought one also for a family member.

Thought this looked interesting from the write up on the sales page and so bought it for my brother. He absolutely loved it, not only the recipes but the way the book it set in the different parts of Europe and the stories told by the Chef. My brother then bought another two copies for friends he knew would also love it.

Really enjoyed this book. Some interesting tales, beautiful rides described and of course some yummy simple to make recipes! I'll enjoy the food from this for sometime to come.

Great cookery book but also a lot more. Lovely articles on different areas and different rides to complete. The recipes are straight forward and tasty and especially useful to get so many recipes for food to take on a ride or for recovery.
