We publish 8 issues a year, roughly every 6 weeks. We are an independent publisher and Rouleur are the only magazines that we publish.

Please read our full returns policy here. Assuming the item is in the same condition as it is received we will be happy to discuss returns and exchanges. Please email us at shop@rouleur.cc if you have any questions prior to returning.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note certain items, such as helmets, only ship to certain regions. If you have any questions, please email shop@rouleur.cc

Please note that there are no import/export duties applicable on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to European Union countries already have the relevant VAT included automatically on our website.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

We endeavour to ship orders the same day that they are placed, providing it is before 3pm UK time. Economy orders to the UK are expected within 3-5 days – though this can vary with location. Overseas economy orders are normally delivered within 5-10 business days. Unfortunately, COVID-19 is disrupting some networks so your patience is appreciated.

If your order has not arrived outside of these guidelines, please contact us at shop@rouleur.cc with your order number – starting with RLR.

This depends on your location and the service that you choose. Generally, standard domestic orders should arrive in 3-5 working days. Europe is generally 7-10 working days and the rest of the world is 15 days upwards. Because of Covid-19, we are seeing more substantial delays, but your patience is appreciated.

Because of the wide range of brands we work with, it’s advised to check the size guide before purchasing. This can be found on each individual product page. For any specific sizing advise not covered by the guide, please drop a line to info@rouleur.cc
