We publish 8 issues a year, roughly every 6 weeks. We are an independent publisher and Rouleur is the only magazine that we publish.
All subscribers have complimentary digital access to current and back editions. Follow these steps to activate it:
Download the Rouleur app from the Apple or Google Play storeOnce you're in the Rouleur app, open the Menu in the top left-hand cornerClick Subscribe followed by Redeem couponEnter the code which was sent to you when you took out your subscription. If you're not sure what this is, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and Rachel will help you out.
If you're not a subscriber to the print edition, but you would like to subscribe to the digital only edition, you can do so in the Rouleur App.
Visit rouleur.cc/subscribe to log into your account and change any details. The first time that you log on, you’ll have to use a one-time password, but then you’ll be able to set your own password.
We will always ensure that you get your magazine, however as we are a small company and sending out replacement copies is very expensive, please be as patient as you can be. Request a replacement copy here. At the moment, the Covid-19 crisis is causing long delays to deliveries.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, we thank you for your support, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can stop it right away, with no fuss. It’s also possible to do it on our portal at rouleur.cc/subscribe
We endeavour to ship orders the same day that they are placed, providing it is before 3pm UK time. Economy orders to the UK are expected within 3-5 days – though this can vary with location. Overseas economy order are normally delivered within 5-10 business days. Unfortunately, COVID-19 is disrupting some networks so your patience is appreciated.

Due the UK leaving the European Union, your order may be subject to taxed and duties at the door. Rouleur are not responsible for these charges so please bear this in mind when purchasing. Returns will be subject to a £5 admin fee in order to cover return duties.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note certain items, such as helmets, only ship to certain regions. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Some of our products are supplied directly from the brand, hence you will receive two different packages. We endeavour to charge you one postage fee, regardless of where the packages are coming from.
This depends on your location and the service that you choose. Generally, standard domestic orders should arrive in 3-5 working days. Europe is generally 7-10 working days and the rest of the world is 15 days upwards. Because of Covid-19, we are seeing more substantial delays, but your patience is appreciated.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. This will determine who your parcel travels with.
Because of the wide range of brands we work with, it’s advised to check the size guide before purchasing. This can be found on each individual product page. For any specific sizing advise not covered by the guide, please drop a line to firstname.lastname@example.org
