How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your account page at rouleur.cc/account/subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.
When does my subscription start?
Immediately on successful payment. Your first issue of Print+Digital will ship with the next print cycle — usually within four weeks of subscribing.
How is shipping handled?
Print+Digital includes shipping in the subscription price — there is no separate shipping charge. We ship to three regions (UK, EU, and Rest of World), and the price shown when you choose your currency already covers postage to that region.
What's included in the print magazine?
Eight perfect-bound issues per year, printed on premium uncoated stock. Each issue runs 160+ pages of long-form journalism, photography, and design — the print magazine remains the centrepiece of what Rouleur publishes.
How do I update my shipping address?
Sign in and go to your account page. Address changes take effect from the next issue — if you have already received a despatch notification, that issue will ship to the previous address.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible browsers. Payments are processed by Chargebee, our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated by Chargebee based on your billing address and shown on the final invoice.
What happens if my payment fails?
We will retry the payment automatically over the following days. You will receive an email if a payment cannot be collected; your access continues during a brief dunning grace period so you don't lose anything mid-issue.
