Please note, MAAP garments bought through Rouleur will ship directly and will not be included with the rest of your order. These garments are also subject to a different returns policy, detailed below.

Shipping and Returns Policy

We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 60 days of receipt, and we will happily issue a refund.

RETURNS:

ALL RETURN FOR PURCHASES MADE THROUGH ROULEUR.CC MUST BE INITIATED ACCORDING TO THE BELOW PROCESS. Returns via the maap.cc site unable to be processed for rouleur.cc purchases

Free Returns within EU:

Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we suggest purchasing insurance on your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

Returns outside EU:

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the items to us at our facility in the Netherlands. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we suggest purchasing insurance on your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

Please note:

  • All orders are dispatched out of the Netherlands.

  • Delivery time is 3-5 business days across Europe.

  • Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order. Orders from outside of the EU will have local duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates. You are responsible for paying any duties and taxes payable with your local authorities. Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders where collection and duties payment is refused.

  • MAAP dispatches orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend and allow when calculating shipping timelines.
