Tadej Pogačar and Demi Vollering won the men's and women's Liège-Bastogne-Liège titles on Sunday. Both the stars attacked on La Redoute climb in their respective races. In the men's edition only Paul Seixas was able to match Pogačar's acceleration on the climb, and the young Frenchman put a stellar performance to keep with the reigning champion right up until 500m left of the final decisive climb, la Côte de la Roche-aux-Faucons. Seixas held onto second place - his first Monument podium. Third place went to former winner Remco Evenepoel.
