Content Producer/Creator

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious and technically skilled Multimedia Content Producer to join our award-winning team.

The role has a strong focus on videography, editing and audio production. You’ll help bring Rouleur’s stories to life across film, podcast, social and more — supporting high-profile interviews, Rouleur Live, and Rouleur Travel trips, helping to shape our non-written content across all platforms.

If you're a self-starting content creator with an eye for cycling culture, this is your chance to make your mark inside one of the world’s most respected cycling media brands.

To apply

Send your CV, a short cover note, and 2–3 examples of your video or audio work to jobs@rouleur.cc

The role

You’ll work with both the editorial and commercial teams to capture, produce and edit high-quality video and audio content for Rouleur’s digital channels, helping us grow our reach and deepen engagement across video, podcast and social media.

  • Define our video strategy, film and edit content for Rouleur Live (particularly behind-the-scenes/off-stage content)

  • Capture and produce footage from Rouleur Travel trips — including ride documentation, interviews and brand storytelling

  • Film high-profile interviews and editorial features for the magazine and website

  • Edit and publish short-form content for social media and online articles

  • Assist with or lead podcast and audio production

  • Work with the editorial and commercial teams to develop and deliver content ideas that align with Rouleur’s tone and standards

  • Help shape Rouleur’s multimedia strategy — suggesting formats, series and content ideas across platforms

What we’re looking for

  • A creative storyteller with proven experience filming and editing video

  • Comfortable with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio kits and Adobe Premiere (or similar)

  • Some experience with podcast or audio recording and editing (e.g. Adobe Audition, Audacity, Descript or similar)

  • Strong eye for visuals, music, tone and brand alignment

  • Able to self-shoot, self-edit and manage projects independently

  • A genuine interest in cycling, sport, travel or outdoor culture

  • A self-starter who’s confident pitching new ideas and seeing them through

  • Willingness to travel in the UK and occasionally abroad for shoots and events

  • Organised, reliable and adaptable — able to deliver quality work under time pressure

Extras

  • Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva, etc.)

  • TikTok/short-form video editing experience

  • Interest in cycling journalism and storytelling

  • Experience working with brands or sponsors on multimedia content

What Rouleur offers

  • The chance to define and lead Rouleur’s video and audio content

  • Opportunities to travel and cover world-class events and trips

  • Full access to Rouleur Live and Rouleur Travel for content creation

  • 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays)

  • Staff discounts across Rouleur products and travel experiences

  • Lifestyle and brand perks in the cycling industry

  • Flexible working, with a base at Somerset House, London

  • Mentorship and creative freedom inside a small, ambitious media team
