“There is no off switch” is ASSOS’s message as the legendary Swiss brand unveils its Fall Winter 2025 collection. Every ride, every season calls for apparel engineered to keep cyclists fully prepared for the road ahead and, as the temperatures begin to drop and the leaves begin to fall, ASSOS’s next-generation layering rises to meet the challenge. Developed with body-mapped insulation, precision fit and sustainable materials, the new collection does everything in Assos’s considerable technical power to keep riders comfortable from head to toe in cooler weather.
ASSOS Mille GT Spring Fall bib tights
As the first brand to bring Lycra to cycling, ASSOS has five decades of experience in designing and engineering performance fabrics. The new Mille GT Spring Fall bib tights are the evolution of an essential in AS-SOS’s tights range, introducing new technologies and a refined fit that makes them better than ever. They’re made with a mid-weight warp-knit textile called POLAR. Stretchy but snug with a soft, brushed inner face, POLAR traps warmth without adding bulk. And, made with 50% pre-consumer recycled polyamide, it reduces ecological impact, too. ASSOS’s streamlined regularFIT means the GT bib tights are body-contoured with fewer seams, resulting in a lightly compressive, low-bulk, friction-free hold. The ankles and waist are both raw-cut, creating a lie-flat finish for low-volume layering and keeping lines smooth. The bib straps use ASSOS’s patented rollBar design – derived from its Racing Series bib shorts, these keep the insert locked in place for sprinting, climbing and cornering. The insert itself is the Mille GT S11 pad, which comprises three shock-absorbing foam layers in a 12mm endurance platform. New cutouts on the wings reduce friction throughout the pedal stroke.

ASSOS Mille GT Spring Fall Jersey C2
In cool, dry conditions, pair the Mille GT bib tights with the AS-SOS GT Spring Fall Jersey C2. Made with a midweight 250g/ m2 fabric to perfectly complement the performance level of the tights, this updated version of the jersey preserves a comfortable, dry, microclimate in chilly conditions without getting stifling if the day warms up. The RX front panel and sleeves protect against wind-chill, while the rear pockets are upgraded with Sens Strong, a honeycomb textile designed to support being fully loaded. Sewn-in fabric panels create lids that both stabilise and secure pocket contents. A revised Mille GT regularFIT reduces restriction across the chest, shoulders and abdomen while maintaining a streamlined silhouette should you need to deploy more layers in colder conditions. The zeroPressure waist construction enhances the jersey’s layerability – smooth and pressure free – and race-inspired raw-cut sleeves are comfortable underneath gloves or shells. In a final thoughtful detail, an integrated eyewear holder on the right sleeve lets you stow your sunglasses without taking both hands off the bars. The ASSOS GT Spring Fall Jersey C2 is a versatile staple for the shifting demands of spring and fall conditions, and comes in an expanded range of colourways.

ASSOS Spring Fall Skin Layer
Between jersey and skin there’s no better interface than the newly updated Spring Fall Skin Layer, which is 15 per cent lighter than before, despite increased collar coverage. The textile is woven tighter on the front panel to provide more insulation, while on the back and under the arms a more open weave increases breathability and expels excess heat during hard efforts. Additionally, the updated Skin Layer offers improved odorControl and a more streamlined, body-mapped fit.
ASSOS’s Fall Winter 2025 collection redefines layering for the transitional season with innovation that merges comfort and sustainability. As ever, each garment is engineered, tested and refined to meet the demands of riders who refuse to stop when the season changes. Because on the road, in any weather – there is no off switch. assos.com
