In terms of temperature and weather, the Medio Tights fall right in between our Thermoroubaix Tights and Ovada Tights. They will be perfect for when the weather is too cold for the Thermoroubaix, but offer a wider range of temperature use above zero than the Ovada, which are designed for those exclusively sub-zero days.

These warm, thermo-regulating tights have certain sections that are reinforced with a waterproof membrane, which will prevent any rain or road spray from seeping in, all while remaining very lightweight and flexible. And they will repel grime since they include NanoSphere®, the nanotech-based finishing technology that causes dirt and water simply to wash off the surface of the textiles.

The leg cuffs are finished with a zipper to make them easy to put on and take off. The Reflective protection at the front of the calf and back of the leg offer enhanced visibility and extra protection from the elements.

Mesh Thermo Italian fabric is breathable with exceptional temperature regulation management in a crucial area to allow excess heat to escape.

Italian extra high density fabric
Where: Main Body, Inside Tights
Italian medium weight high density fabric with exceptional elasticity. Soft interior to feel comfortable against the skin. Wind resistant and water repellent on the exterior to protect the rider from the toughest conditions.

Swiss perforated medium weight fabric
Where: side panel, knee
Swiss medium weight laminated fabric. Well balanced elasticity with the ability to keep warmth inside while remaining breathable to ensure performance and comfort. Soft and brushed interior. Exterior has a laminated layer which means it's completely wind resistant with NanoSphere® treatment to ensure water and dirt won’t penetrate inside.

Where: front shin and lower back
The fabric is absolutely water- and wind-resistant; brushed interior and with a reflective laminate on the exterior. Strategically placed to enhance the safety of the rider.

4 more things to know about the Medio Tights:

1. Softshell membrane
Tights include medium weight Schoeller® elastic softshell membrane knitted in Switzerland.

2. 4D technology
Equipped with Italian made chamois. Constructed with 4D technology, it is totally seamless and pre shaped. Four multi structured levels optimizing shock and impact absorption enhanced with carbon yarns for durability and antibacterial protection.

3. Insulation
Bottom part of the tights are equipped with zipper and elastic tape for easy fit and wearing.

4. Ergonomic fit & compression
Ergonomic fit to provide excellent compression and support. Finished with flatlock stitching, and like all of our products, these tights are label free (care instructions are printed separately) to avoid any discomfort from rubbing. Reflective markings and logo on both sides to enhance visibility.

Returns

Look out for a message from us after your order, as well as messaging from our brand partners when items are shipped. All returns for these items will be processed by the brand in question. All other returns to be handled by Rouleur.

COVID-19 DELAYS

*Due to the short-term closure of multiple International routes, European destined shipments will be impacted - we will continue to process orders as normal, but please, expect delivery delays.*

International orders can take considerably longer than anticipated to arrive due to the current pandemic, this is beyond our control, for example: delays at customs and local delivery services in your country of residence. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse we are unable to track your order unless you specifically choose a tracked service, which we highly recommend doing.

- Economy Delivery @ £5 Delivered within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail.

- Tracked Heavy @ £12.50 within 3-5 business days via Royal Mail

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that import/export duties are applicable on all goods shipped internationally.  This applies to goods shipped to all countries including those in the EU. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to predict the costs of any individual shipment.

Shipments sent outside of the UK are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

SHIPPING FROM OUR PARTNERS

Some of our products ship from our brand partners across the UK and Europe. These items may not arrive with other items ordered and are subject to their own individual returns information. Tracking details can be provided on request. Note that some additional shipping charges may apply.

OTHER LANGUAGE EDITIONS OF ROULEUR

Rouleur in Italian language and Volata in Spanish ship from their respective countries. Therefore, these magazines will not arrive with others items in your order. 

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:

Orders placed after midday (Monday to Friday) will ship the next business day. 

Please note we do not despatch orders on the weekend

All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent.  Standard Shipments will be sent via Royal Mail and Express Orders will usually be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or UK Mail.  International orders will be sent via Royal Mail or DHL Express.

Some parcels may incur an additional courier fee.  This maybe due to the size, weight or value of the order.  If your order does incur additional courier fees we will contact you prior to dispatch to arrange to take the additional payment and enquire as to how you wish to proceed with your order

Orders placed after midday on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Please Note, All first orders that are going to a separate delivery address, may take longer to process. We advise that all first orders should go to your Billing or Business address!

If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office. The courier has the right to attempt a delivery to a near by neighbour, rather than redelivering the next day.

Rouleur reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly. We will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.ie, the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.

 

PRODUCT DELIVERY ERRORS (UK AND INTERNATIONAL)

Delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of date of delivery. All orders, are checked and double checked before leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after these 7 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen.

If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing, you must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their investigation.  Any damaged boxes must be signed for as ‘damaged’ at delivery. Where possible sign with the word ‘damaged + your name’ in the signature box.  You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and / or product. Photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
